We all do it, at least I know I do… Doubt myself, scare myself, hurt myself, lie to myself and simply belittle myself from time to time. Even though it’s not always intentional the negative thoughts that run on a carusole in our head could be the main thing holding us back, even it we work extra hard to reach out goals.
O Magazine recently posted this article online breaking down the 9 main things that hold us back, and it made me really question what toxic things I could be doing that is getting in my own way.
