Don’t mind the super geeky smile. I had to insert some good vibes in the mist of my crazy this last week. Having Endometriosis can cause you to smile while in a lot of pain, and this week was no different.
In my last post, I share how I was taking a leap of faith this month with my cycle and getting off of birth control. Well, that move ended me up in the emergency room with extreme pain (nothing an Endo girl isn’t use to), but I was distraught over the roller coaster I thought I never would have to ride again.

Laughing at My Pain
After it was all said and done, I knew I need to take my power back. So, I decided to give my cycle a name. With much thought and laugher, I wen with “Suga Baby”! The name made me laugh and feel empowered to take control of that little suga.
I’m definitely not giving up on taking that next step in my journey, however that next step may start with taking a step back.
