Examples of self-care include getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, engaging in regular exercise, and practicing mindfulness. Self-care also includes taking breaks when needed, setting boundaries, and engaging in activities that promote relaxation and rejuvenation.

The goal of self-care is to prioritize one’s own well-being and establish habits that support a healthy and fulfilling life. By engaging in self-care, individuals can improve their overall health, reduce stress, and promote a more positive self-image.

Self Care Itinerary

Self Care Day 1: Arrive and Settle In

Upon arriving in Los Angeles, check in to the Proper Hotel in downtown LA, a luxurious and stylish hotel with a range of amenities to help you unwind. Settle into your room, which features plush bedding, elegant decor, and modern technology, and take some time to explore the hotel’s rooftop pool and lounge, fitness center, and yoga studio.
