I struggled in the areas of health dealing with endometriosis, love and finding my person, having a career with purpose, building wealth for my family, and daily happiness. It was a challenging period, but little did I know that the power to change lay within my own thoughts and beliefs. Little by little, I started to change my life through words of affirmation.
