I have to ask myself this question from time to time throughout my day because it is way too easy for negative thoughts to creep in. You might think, this is a little extreme… Everyone thinks about something negative in a day. This is true, but one negative thought gone unchecked will create a snowball effect that will cause you to lose focus in your goals, hope, joy, love, etc.
I’ve been there! One day, you look up and you think — When did I become Negative Nancy?!? When Nothing is right in your life, and you don’t know how you got there. It starts with that one thought that was left to fester and grow. It’s a daily journey to stay in a positive place and a daily journey to get out of a negative one. Both require your thoughts to be as intentional as the food you put in your body.
