Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 4 romaine lettuce hearts
  • 1 half lemon or lime
  • sweetner of choice

Instructions
 

  • Boil bottoms halves of your romaine lettuce in water for 15 minutes
  • Strain water into cup
  • Add lemon/lime and sweetener
  • Enjoy!
