  • 1 Cup Fresh Pineapples
  • 2 tbsp Sea Moss
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 capsule vitamins
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in blender
  • Blend until smooth
