High fiber herbs can be essential on your health journey.  They can be an easy addition to a dish as a seasoning, or steamed in a tea for quick relief for constipation.

Alfalfa

1 gram of  fiber per 1 cup of alfalfa.

Spearmint

7 grams of fiber per 100 grams of spearmint.

Basil

1.6 grams of  fiber per 100 grams of basil.

Cinnamon

4.1 grams of  fiber per 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

Cloves

1 grams of fiber per 1 teaspoon of cloves.

Cumin

11 grams of fiber per 100 grams of cumin

Ginger

2 grams fiber per 100 grams of ginger.

Oregano

.77 grams of fiber per 1 teaspoon of oregano.
