Spearmint

7 grams of fiber per 100 grams of spearmint tea.

Cinnamon

4.1 grams of  fiber per 1 tablespoon of cinnamon tea.

Cloves

1 grams of fiber per 1 teaspoon of clove tea.

Ginger

2 grams fiber per 100 grams of ginger tea.
