Thank you for entrusting me with his heart.

I remember asking my grandmothers what I should look for in a man, and they both told me to find someone who would adore me (in their own words of course). They made it clear — only a man that makes your happiness a top priority is worth your time because you know you will make his happiness yours.

It took me a while to understand what that looked like, but when I met Josh I finally realized what that they both were trying to get me to see. I couldn’t ask for a better friend, partner, confidant, and husband.

I prayed for you. When I wrote my affirmations, I was calling for you. And the moment you came into my life, I knew exactly who you were.
