Ingredients
  

  • 1 Handful Blueberries or Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Juice

Instructions
 

  • Blend berries, spinach, banana, water, and juice until smooth. 
  • Add all other ingredients to blender
