You are what you speak! Saying daily affirmations has become a major part of my life. I can honestly say, it changed my life.

Once I realized that I was knowingly and unknowingly calling things into my life, I started being more intentional about the words I was speaking, no matter what my current circumstances looked like.

I stopped taking things by chance and got really clear about what I wanted for my life and called it into fruition.

What Are Affirmations?

These are affirmations I speak, write, and read daily to keep me on track with life:

  1. I am happy, healthy, wealthy, at peace, and balanced.
  2. Everything I need has already been proved.
  3. I have an overflow of blessings in my life daily.
  4. My dreams are a reality.
  5. I am debt-free!

It’s Already Yours!

Any and everything you want in your life is not just possible… But already yours!

The moment you realize your words have power and get out of your own way, evidence of that fact will start to show up in your life daily.

Let’s be clear. Some of the things you want for yourself is waiting for you to make room and time for it. So don’t be surprised if you go through an uncomfortable moment in your life right before you break through.

Daily affirmations became something I repeated throughout the day: “I am a homeowner. I am a wife and mother,” and all of a sudden there was a major shift in my life.

I had a cancer scare.

Found out I had fibroids. Lost some friends. Moved into my parent’s basement… All in a matter of weeks after proclaiming these unseen things. And within a year, I bought my first home, got engaged and married, got pregnant, and had baby Klay.

Let me be the first to tell you that anything is possible!

Trust the process, and don’t let circumstantial moments keep you from fighting for what is yours.
