Healthy Summer Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package of lentil penne
  • 2 T of Olive Oil
  • Handful of fresh Basil leaves, torn
  • Salt and Red Chile Flakes
  • 3 T Pine Nuts, toasted
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Parmesan Cheese (optional)


Directions

  1. Boil pasta
  2. Toss penne with Olive Oil
  3. Add torn basil, chopped tomatoes and olives
  4. Season with salt and chile flasks
  5. Garnish with pine nuts and cheese
