When I started making bigger lifestyle changes on my journey, extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil were the only oils I used in all of my foods. What kind of honey should I use in my olive oil drink?

There are so many options when it comes to honey. The biggest thing is to find a honey that has no extra addictive. However, I personally used buckwheat honey because it is higher in antioxidants that help with dealing with inflammation. I found my honey at the local Amish Market.
