When managing my Endometriosis pain, I took all 10 pills daily for a full month before my cycle and for automatic relief. After finding relief from my pain, I went from taking all of my vitamins every week and every day right before my cycle.

In my journey with endometriosis, I’ve learned the importance of a holistic approach to managing pain and symptoms. After trying various treatments, I discovered that vitamins, especially Vitamin D, B complex, and antioxidants like Vitamin C and E, significantly improved my condition.

Before starting my vitamins regimen, some of the symptoms I had during my menses and ovulation phases were painful periods, chronic pelvic pain, cramping, lower back pain, muscle spasms in my legs, severe fatigue, brain fog, heat sweat, and vomiting. And after 3 months of daily use of my vitamins, I saw a significant difference in my pain and symptom levels.

This was a process! To speed up your relief, I would recommend getting a blood test done at your yearly physical. This will help you see where all of your levels are on your journey. I didn’t do this in the beginning, but it took the guessing work out of what I need.
