Having Endometriosis, a big part of my health journey is dealing with chronic inflammation. My number one defense for fight inflammation has been taking several vitamins daily and monthly. However, since adding Sea Moss to my healthy journey, I have been able to cut back on the amount of vitamins I take because Sea Moss contains a lot of the nutrients that my body needs daily.

  • 3 tbsp Sea Moss Gel
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice or Fresh Pineapples
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1/2 cup ice

  • Using your blender add in all your ingredients
  • Blend until smooth
  • Serve fresh and/or refrigerate
