Let’s talk cooking for an Endometriosis Diet! It’s not easy, but it is truly possible to find things that taste amazing and fit and Endo diet.

The key is to make things that are quick and tasty, and salads are always a great place to start.

The first thing you want to grab is Kale! Kale is packed with vitamins and nutrients, and it last much longer than romaine or other types of lets.

Next, you want to mix your own dressing. Don’t worry this is extremely easy, and helpful when you are trying to monitor what is in your diet.
