Medicine Ball Starbucks

Medicine balls from Starbucks is something that I am always running and grabbing when I am starting to feel a little yucky, and for good reasons. It is an immune-boosting tea, and today I am showing you how to make your own.

I hope everyone is in good health during the quarantine. If you are like me, I am missing my Starbucks Medicine Ball tea, so I decided to share my personal medicine ball recipe that I believe is a lot healthier to maintain immune health.

Here is everything you need to know about the Medicine Ball Tea at Starbucks:

This is one of my favorite teas to order off of Starbucks “Secret Menu”, and it is really simple — Mint Tea, Peach Tea, Lemonade, Honey and a splash on Mint (if you want it).

Some people call this the tea that can cure it all! I can’t say that I completely agree with that, but it is a healthier option when you aren’t feeling your best.

So I figured, it would be the perfect time to share my easy Medicine Ball Tea Recipe you can make at home that is honestly a lot healthier.

My tea will help get your day started on the right foot. Adding your probiotics and fruits with anti-inflammatory properties will help you fight off any germs.

What is in Medicine Ball Tea?

The actual Starbucks Medicine Ball Tea contains Jade Citrus Mint green tea, Peach Tranquility herbal tea, hot water, steamed lemonade, honey, and a pump of peppermint as needed.

There is a lot of goodness in the Medicine Ball Tea that are great for immune health. Here are the 3 main ingredients that will help you start feeling better sooner — Mint, lemon and honey.

Honey will coat your throat and protect it from hurting when coughing. Mint will open your airways and relax you. Lemon is a great detoxifier.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Teavana Jade Citrus Mint Tea
  • 1 Bigelow Lemon Ginger Tea
  • 1 Bigelow Ginger Peach Turmeric Tea
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Steep all 3 tea bags together.

  • Add Lemon in hot water
  • Add Honey
  • Sip slow!!
