Fluffy Sea Moss Pancakes Recipe

Sea moss, also known as Irish moss, is a type of seaweed that boasts a wealth of health benefits. Rich in minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants, this little gem is a powerhouse of nutrition.
While sea moss is commonly used in smoothies and other health-focused recipes, I discovered that it can work wonders in pancake batter too!

Equipment

  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Sea Moss Gel
  • 1 1/12 cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 4 tbsp Avocado Oil (or any oil you choose_
  • 3 tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Add Sea Moss Gel, flour, baking soda, sugar, and 2 tbsps of oil into a bowl
  • Slowly add water to the mix until you get the pancake consistency you want
  • Place oil in pan using medium heat
  • Once the oil heats up, add the pancake mixer. Flip once edges become crsip
