Fall Turmeric Shot Recipe

Equipment

  • 1 Juicer or Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful Turmeric
  • 1 handful Ginger
  • 4 whole apple
  • 1/2 cup water if using a blender
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel apples, turmeric, and ginger roots and chop them into small pieces.
  • Place the chopped apple, turmeric, and ginger in a blender or juicer.
  • Add water, honey, and black pepper.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
  • Pour the liquid into a shot glass or small container.
  • Serve your homemade Turmeric Shot immediately.
