Sea Moss Milk

Easy and delicious Sea Moss Milk that is packed with protein. This is a great plant based substitute for regular milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Dried Sea Moss
  • 2 cups Spring Water
  • 2 cans Coconut Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Agave (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Soak Sea Moss and Hemp Seeds in Spring Water for at least 6 hours.
  • Blend Sea Moss, Hemp Seeds and half of spring water in blender
  • Add Coconut Milk to blender
  • Add Vanilla Extract to Blender
  • Taste and add Agave to taste
  • Store in the refrigerator for a week
