Sea Moss Milk
Easy and delicious Sea Moss Milk that is packed with protein. This is a great plant based substitute for regular milk.
- 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 cup Dried Sea Moss
- 2 cups Spring Water
- 2 cans Coconut Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Agave (to taste)
Soak Sea Moss and Hemp Seeds in Spring Water for at least 6 hours.
Blend Sea Moss, Hemp Seeds and half of spring water in blender
Add Coconut Milk to blender
Add Vanilla Extract to Blender
Taste and add Agave to taste
Store in the refrigerator for a week
