I am Endo…No longer defined by the pain I go through.

What is Endometriosis

Endometriosis is a chronic illness that can consume your life if you allow it to. It could become a painful reminder of what is not possible. Or, it could be the push you need to fight for a difference in your life and others.

When I found out that I had Endometriosis, I was relieved to finally be able to put a name to the pain. Finally being able to research the one thing that haunted me for years made me feel empowered. Completely thankful to be able to know what I was fighting against and know what I needed to do to fight for the life I wanted.

This journey has not been easy! However, I can honestly say that I am blessed. I am blessed to find a doctor that finally listened. Blessed to find Endo Sisters that could relate to what I was going through. And, blessed to live the life I want beyond my pain.

Life beyond the pain is possible with Endometriosis!

The more we become open about our journey, share with others, and share with others about Endometriosis change starts to happen!

Fundraising for Endometriosis

That is why I partnered with Custom Ink to start an “I am Endo” t-shirt campaign to spread awareness about Endometriosis and donate to the School Nurse Initiative that will ensure high school nurses are more prepared to help young ladies who could possibly have Endometriosis. This could lead to early diagnosis and make a difference is some many young ladies lives.

I can’t tell you how many times someone stopped me while I was wearing my “I am Endo” shirt to ask me a question or tell me that have Endo too!

It’s a small thing. But, I feel like every time I wear that shirt I am making a difference in my own special way.
