Overnight Oats is a great way to start your morning is you are looking to follow an Endometriosis Diet. A simple, quick and easy recipe that is packed with protein, fiber and vitamins.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Oats
  • 1/2 Almond or Oat Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seed
  • 4 tbsp Nuts
  • Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, milk, chia seed and nuts in a jar or bowl. 
    Set in the refrigerator overnight for at least 6 hours.
    In the morning, sprinkle blueberries, cinnamon, and honey on top!
